If we deliver late or low standard work you just don't pay!
Our pricing policy means that you know before we start work what the entire job will cost and that price will not change. There is no price per bar or per instrument, just one great price. To show you just how confident we are, we have our SMARTass GUARANTEE whereby if we don't produce the music on time or to the highest standards then you DON'T PAY! See below for terms and conditions.
We cannot accept liability for late work which is out of our control (i.e. postal strike)
"Low standard" may be understood to mean substantially lacking in quality rather than containing occasional errors.
We endeavor to make all work error free. If you do find any errors however, PLEASE inform us and you will receive corrected parts by return of post. Your corrections will be made a priority.
